The goal of the Christ Child Festival is to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas by sharing the love of Christ with our community by providing a fun, free, family-friendly festival.

In 1951, a handful of Christians were motivated to plan an event celebrating the true meaning of Christmas! Ours and other Christ Child festivals became a mainstay in community life, but Fort Wayne is the only city we know of that has continued to offer an interdenominational Christian celebration free of charge.
