The goal of the Christ Child Festival is to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas by sharing the love of Christ with our community by providing a fun, free, family-friendly festival.

In 1951, a handful of Christians were motivated to plan an event celebrating the true meaning of Christmas! Ours and other Christ Child festivals became a mainstay in community life, but Fort Wayne is the only city we know of that has continued to offer an interdenominational Christian celebration free of charge. The Christ Child Festival of Fort Wayne is an annual event provided by volunteers who have a heart for providing our community with a free, fun, family-friendly festival with a focus on the CHRIST of CHRISTmas. 2020's event is postponed till 2021, but until then help us spread the message of hope in Christ. We need YOU in 2021 to help the festival reach its potential!
